About the role:

Les girls les boys is expanding and looking to hire an experienced Social Media Executive. Reporting into the eCommerce department and working alongside the Marketing and PR teams, you’ll first and foremost be in charge of running our social media channels (currently Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest – and looking to launch into TikTok and YouTube).

You’ll need to be able to take creative ideas from the CEO and her team, turning them into compelling, commercial content for the brand’s channels. No two days are the same, you’ll need to be proactive and resourceful. You will need to be London-based, available full time, have great initiative and be proactive in approaching tasks and taking on responsibility.

 

Role and responsibilities (not limited to):

- Managing the social media output for the brand across all platforms.

- Acting as a “behind the scenes” for the brand, posting proactive snapshots through the day as well as strategized content.

- Executing the season’s strategy set by the senior team (which you will have helped to create).

- Ensuring the major content shoots (led by the creative team) produce imagery relevant for the brand channels.

- Managing shoots between campaigns to ensure the channels have enough content.

- Assisting the team with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

- Collating data for monthly reporting using in house analytics programs

 

About you:

- 1 year or more years in fashion eCommerce.

- Social media or digital marketing experience with a demonstrated understanding of Social Media, Influencer Campaigns and Google Analytics.

- Experience working between creative teams and eCommerce departments.

- Performance marketing experience is a huge advantageKnowledge of Adobe, Photoshop and editing software is a plus

About the role:

As the leading eCommerce resource in the business you will fly the flag for best in class trading and website management. With a broad understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and all the levers you can pull to drive hitting targets.

You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to run many agile projects at one time allowing for maximum channel growth.

 

Role and responsibilities (not limited to):

- Work closely with senior stakeholders on short / mid / long term trade strategy.

- Own on site commercial strategy for homepage / email / products.

- Lead on reporting including; sales, KPI’s and owned channel performance.

- Take ownership of on-site merchandising, driving cross selling to increase UPT and AOV.

- Manage the planning, delivery and reporting of all key activity including promotions.

- Work with the buying team to drive stock efficiency across all channels by monitoring the ecommerce stock holding and availability.

- Manage analysis opportunities and monitor trading patterns to identify where we can maximise online sales and profitability.

- Work with the Digital Marketing agency to ensure that the products and trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy for all channels.

- Work with the Content team and UX agency to optimize the customer journeys, feeding into decisions on content and development.

- Own with CRM & Digital Marketing on email planning, segmentation and personalisation from a stock and product perspective.

- Manage customer service and any associated teams

 

About you:

- 2-5 years in fashion eCommerce.

- Able to initiate & produce work to high standard and ensure accuracy in your work.

- Able to manage a high workload & effectively prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met.

- Is able to confidently & pro-actively put own ideas across in a way which can persuade/influence others.

- Has a positive 'can-do' attitude.

- Communicates, manages and drives positive change with-in a team.

- An ecommerce generalist, with specialism in trading/online merchandising and ideally web optimisation.

- Experience working in FMCG and or Luxury fashion retailers.

- Good people manager, coaches and develops those below and on the same level.

- Excellent communicator, able to build relationships across the business.

- Data-driven decision maker, with a relentless focus on user experience.

About the role:

Les girls les boys is expanding and in doing so is looking to bring in house a talented graphic designer to deliver world class brand assets.

As the sole Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for growing the brand’s identity into first-class media roll outs. This will include print, labelling and invitations as well as digital aspects such as email, website design and social media. 

 

Role and responsibilities (not limited to): 

- Knowledge of digital media formats and their nuances.

- Well versed in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

- Video editing and creation via After effects.

- Knowledge of Adobe XD would be a positive.

- Ensure that a consistent visual look and feel is across our outputs.

- Produce design work to support objectives of different teams throughout the organisation, including but not limited to; creating and managing marketing and promotional materials, event invitations and advertising.

- Project manage your objectives on time, on budget delivery are met, while delivering pristine design solutions.

- Develop the businesses creative agenda and help us evolve into best in class.

- Commercial mindset with a creative flare for fashion.

 

About you:

- 2+ years’ experience in digital ecommerce.

- Experience in digital fashion retail.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe XD would be a positive.

Using your knowledge of social platforms, trends, best practices and specs to help the creative team bring the very best ideas to life, offering solutions that will enhance their big idea

 

Role and responsibilities (not limited to):

- Work closely with the creative director on delivering the brand vision.

- Work with team to bring the commercial calendar to life with rich digital forward creative.

- Work closely with internal creative teams to deliver best in class content.

- Structure production critical paths for the season / year view.

- Project manage all creative that passes though the business.

- Own the working relationship with all creative 3rd parties.

- 360 digital view on all digital channels and best practice for delivering content.

- Ensure all projects are informed by insight, and led by a strategic goal.

- Create project SOW documents when needed

 

About you:

- 1-2+ years in a creative or similar role.

- A proven track record of delivering seamless brand experiences.

- Ability to track and plan projects to a budget. With the ability to negotiate and maximise outputs.

- Experience working between creative teams and eCommerce departments.

- Performance marketing experience is a huge advantage.

- Knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop and editing software is a plus.
