returns policy

You can return your order/item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, we would therefore strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. Always retain proof of postage.

Items returned must be in the original condition it was received, unworn, unwashed, all original tags attached and in its original packaging. The returns form must be filled in and included with the returned items.

Items will be inspected upon return, if we deem the items unsaleable, it will not be refunded and returned back to you.

If you wish to return intimate apparel/underwear, please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with tags attached.

If you wish to return swimwear, please ensure the plastic sticker is still attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse item(s) returned if conditions are not met.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customercare@lesgirlslesboys.com before returning the item(s) and we will assist you with your query.

It is your right to request a full refund for faulty items within 6 months of purchase - this does not affect your statutory rights.

If you decide to return a gift, we unfortunately cannot prevent the card-owner from knowing.

returns procedure

1. Please complete the returns form enclosed in your delivery.

2. Ensure all item(s) are packed in the original packaging with original tags attached.

3. Include this form with the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable les girls les boys box or mailing bag.

4. Add postage as required.

5. Take your parcel to the nearest post office, the returns address is:

exchanges

Exchanges are shipped free of charge worldwide.

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size - we offer exchanges for goods of the same value or less.

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are subject on stock availability.

refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used only.

If you were not satisfied with the item(s) ordered, you may receive a full refund on item(s) within 14 days of receipt of order on unworn, unwashed items, all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds may take between 10-15 business days to process once an item(s) have been received at our returns facility.

Please note that refunds to debit/credit cards normally clear within 1- 2 working days, refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
